2017 Washer Tournament

It's that time of year again for the largest three hole double elimination washer tournament in the world. Two years ago we set the Guinness book of world records for the largest three hole double elimination tournament with 129 teams. The last two years we have paid back $6,000 dollars to the winners along with four 35 qt. yeti coolers and 20 sets of Kickiní for a Kure washer boards to the top ten teams. Congratulations to Lance Volner and Landon Pawlik on winning the 2016 Kickiní for a Kure washer tournament!!!!! They took home $2,600 and also won a meet and great with Kenny Rogers!!!! A big shout out again to Sheldon Mikolajczyk , Mack Weston, Jeremy Weston, and Weston Services for making and donating all of the washer boards for the last five years. We could not do this without them. I also want to thank Phillip Casanova and PAC MAN entertainment for offering to set up his DJ system and play music for us during the washer tournament and Jimmy Davis , Blaise Moy Broghan Moy, Clayton Laskowski, Haleigh Blocker, Shaw Moy, Kaelan Cheatham, Kory Dziuk, Josh Moy, and many others for helping make the brackets and run the tournament. We had another efficient tournament last year that took less than 3 hours. This year we have moved the venue from Kosciusko Hall to the ATT center expo hall/Freemen Coliseum expo hall. (this is the huge hall just behind the ATT center and the Freeman Coliseum) This venue will be almost double the size of last yearís venue and it will be air conditioned. This yearís performers are going to be Reba, Clay Walker, and the Emotions will be playing cover music two hours before and two hours after Clay Walker and Reba.

2017 Washer tournament info
Saturday, July 8th, 2017 @ATT center and Freeman coliseum expo hall (located right behind the AT&T center and freeman coliseum)

Check in will begin at 2pm and the tournament will start at 3-3:30pm. (This will depend on how many teams we have and I will post the official check in time closer to July 8th.) Beer will be sold during the tournament but it is not BYOB or liquor. VIP will open at 6PM so if you are VIP you will have to purchase your own beer until the VIP gates open.

The first 64 teams that submit payment will only be charged 100 dollars a team. Anyone signing up after the first 64 teams will have to pay $125 per team. I would prefer you send payment for the team and not individually. Please let me know when you send your money and how you sent it so I can be looking for it and let you know if I have not received it. This will ensure you get into the tournament. If we get a full 64 team bracket we are looking to pay $6,000 dollars back in prize money along with 16 custom sets of washer boards. The winners will get a meet and greet with Reba. Any additional teams will increase the total amount of money paid back to the winners. Example 120 team payout will be around 10,000-11,000 dollars.

Please before you submit payment contact Tanner Moy and let him know how you are going to pay so he can write you down and be looking for your payment

You can pay your entry fees by:

1. Send by PayPal to tannerm@sbslp.com (make sure you send as a friend and not as a business so you donít get charged the fee)
this is the preferred method of payment.

Tanner Moy

You can purchase a concert ticket or a VIP wristband online at www.kickinforakure.com or you can walk up the day of the tournament and purchase a general admission ticket. Remember this year we are sending your VIP wrist bands early or you have to pick them up at Britancoís office so make sure you get those before you get to the tournament.

There are still a few more individual VIP tickets for sell and a few more tables as well. For more information about purchasing VIP tables or individual VIP tickets, or where to purchase general admission tickets go to the Kickiní for a Kure website www.kickinforakure.com
